a) Imam Mohammed Baqir (a.s.) has said that after every mandatory prayer, there is no better invocation than the Tasbeeh e Fatima (a.s.) . If there was any other, more effective, way of Praising Allah, the Prophet (a.s.) would most certainly have instructed his daughter about that. Imam Jafar e Sadiq has said that reciting the Tasbeeh e Fatima (a.s.) after every compulsory prayer is better than performing a thousand genuflections :- Allaho Akbar (34 times ) Alhamdu lillah (33 times )Subhan Allah (33 times

c) Imam Baqir (a.s.) says One who sits quietly after each mandatory prayer and recites 3 times the following , Allah will pardon all his sins:
I seek forgiveness from the Lord (testifying) There is no God other than Him The Living and the !Everlasting Of Majesty and Splendour And I turn to Him In Repentence Astaghfarallah allazi la ilaha illa huwal hayyal qayyumo zuljalal e wal ikraame wa ” aatube ilaihi
Imam Sadiq (as) has said that if a person recites 30 times Subhan Allah : after each compulsory prayer, all his sins will be pardoned
CHAPTER ONE Mafatih GENERAL POST-PRAYER dua s
The following prayers and recommended devotional acts have been quoted from Shaykh al ±£s¢’s famous book of Mi¥b¡¦ al Mutahajjid and other reference books.
After you say the Tasl¢m statement—the closing part of the ritual prayers—and accomplish your prayer, repeat the Takb¢r statement (i.e. all¡hu akbar ; Allah is the Greatest) three times while raising your hands to the level of your ears and then say: Use this Transliteration font MP3 ﻻ ﺇ ﻟٰ ﺇ ﻻ ﺍﷲ There is no god save Allah; l¡ il¡ha ill¡ all¡hu ﺇ ﻟ ً ﺎ وﺍﺣ ﺪﺍً One and Only God; il¡han w¡¦idan
and we are submissive to Him. وﻧ ْﺤ ﻦ ﻟ ﻣ ْﺴﻠ ﻤ ﻮن wa na¦nu lah£ muslim£na ﻻ ﺇ ﻟٰ ﺇ ﻻ ﺍﷲ There is no god save Allah l¡ il¡ha ill¡ all¡hu
and we worship none save Him, وﻻ ْﻌ ﺒ ﺪ ﺇ ﻻ ﺇ ﻳ ﺎﮦ wa l¡ na`budu ill¡ iyy¡hu ﻣ ْﺨﻠ ﺼ ﻟ ﺍﻟﺪ ﻳﻦ making our devotion sincere as in His sight, mukhli¥¢na lah£ aldd¢na
even though the polytheists may detest it. wa law kariha almushrik£na و ﻟ ْﻮ ﮦ ْﺍﻟ ﻤ ْ ﻛ ﻮن ﻻ ﺇ ﻟٰ ﺇ ﻻ ﺍﷲ There is no god save Allah; l¡ il¡ha ill¡ all¡hu
(He is) Our Lord and the Lord of our fathers of old. rabbun¡ wa rabbu ¡b¡'in¡ al awwal¢na رﺑ ﻨﺎ و ر ﺏ ﺁﺑ ﺎÒ ﻨﺎ ﺍﻟﻮﻟ ﻻ ﺇ ﻟٰ ﺇ ﻻ ﺍﷲ There is no god save Allah; l¡ il¡ha ill¡ all¡hu و ْﺣ ﺪ ﮦ و ْﺣ ﺪ ﮦ و ْﺣ ﺪ ﮦ £Alone, alone, alone. wa¦dah£ wa¦dah£ wa¦dah ﻧْ ﺠﺰ و ْﻋ ﺪ ﮦ £He has truly fulfilled His promise, anjaza wa`dah

and defeated the parties alone. و ﺰ م ْﺍﻟﺤﺰ ﺍﺏ و ْﺣ ﺪ ﮦ £wa hazama al a¦z¡ba wa¦dah
So, sovereignty be His and praise be His. falahu almulku wa lah£ al¦amdu ﻓ ﻠ ْﺍﻟ ﻤﻠْﻚ و ﻟ ْﺍﻟ ﺤ ْﻤ ﺪ ﻳ ْﺤ وﻳ ﻤﻴﺖ He grants life and causes (others) to die, yu¦y¢ wa yum¢tu وﻳ ﻤﻴﺖ وﻳ ْﺤ ¢and (then) causes to die and raises from the dead; wa yum¢tu wa yu¦y
while He is eternally ever-living and He never dies. wa huwa ¦ayyun l¡ yam£tu و ﻮ ﻻ ﻳ ﻤ ﻮﺕ All goodness is at His Hand, ﺑ ﻴﺪ ﮦ ْﺍﻟ ﺨ ْ biyadihi alkhayru
and He has power over all things. wa huwa `al¡ kulli shay'in qad¢run و ﻮ ﻋ ٰ ﻞ ْء ﻗ ٌ ﺪﻳﺮ
Then, say the following:
I seek forgiveness of Allah; there is no god save Him, astaghfiru all¡ha alladh¢ l¡ il¡ha ill¡ huwa ْﺳ ﺘ ْﻐ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟ ﺬی ﻻ ﺇ ﻟٰ ﺇ ﻻ ﻮ the Ever-living and Self-Subsisting; and to Him do I al¦ayyu alqayy£mu wa at£bu ilayhi ْﺍﻟ ْﺍﻟ ﻘ ﻴ ﻮم و ﺗ ﻮﺏ ﺇ ﻟ ْﻴ .turn in repentance
Then, say the following:
O Allah, (please do) guide me to the true guidance of all¡humma ihdiny min `indika ﺍ ﻟﻠ ﻢ ْﺍ ﺪ ﻣ ْﻦ ْﻋ ﻨﺪ ≈ ,Yours وﻓ ْﺾ ﻋ ﻣ ْﻦ ْﻓ ﻀﻠ ﻚ pour upon me from Your grace, wa afi¤ `alayya min fa¤lika
spread over me from Your mercy, wanshur `alayya min ra¦matika و ْﺍ ْ ﻋ ﻣ ْﻦ ر ْﺣ ﻤﺘ ﻚ وﻧْﺰ ْل ﻋ ﻣ ْﻦ ﺑ ﺮ ﺎﺗ ﻚ and bring down upon me from Your blessings. wa anzil `alayya min barak¡tika ﺳ ْﺒ ﺤﺎﻧ ﻚ ﻻ ﺇ ﻟٰ ﺇ ﻻ ﻧْ ﺖ Glory be to You; there is no god save You. sub¦¡naka l¡ il¡ha ill¡ anta (Please) forgive my sins—all of them entirely, ighfir l¢ dhun£b¢ kullih¡ jam¢`an ﺍﻏْ ْ ذﻧ ﻮ ﻠ ﺎ ﺟﻤ ًﻴﻌﺎ fa'innah£ l¡ yaghfiru aldhdhun£ba kullih¡ jam¢`an ill¡ ً .because none can forgive all sins entirely save You ﻓ ﺈ ﻧ ﻻ ْﻐ ﺍﻟﺬﻧ ﻮﺏ ﻠ ﺎ ﺟﻤ ﻴﻌﺎ ﺇ ﻻ ﻧْ ﺖ anta O Allah, I beseech You to grant me part of all good all¡humma inn¢ as'aluka min kulli khayrin a¦¡§a bih¢ ﺍ ﻟﻠ ﻢ ﺇ ْﺳ ﻠ ﻚ ﻣ ْﻦ ﻞ ﺧ ْ ٍ ﺣ ﺎط ﺑ ﻋ ﻠْﻤ ﻚ things that are encompassed by Your knowledge `ilmuka and I seek Your protection against all evils that are wa a`£dhu bika min kulli sharrin a¦¡§a bih¢ `ilmuka و ﻋ ﻮذ ﺑ ﻚ ﻣ ْﻦ ﻞ ٍ ﺣ ﺎط ﺑ ﻋ ﻠْﻤ ﻚ .encompassed by Your knowledge O Allah, I beseech You to grant me wellbeing from You all¡humma inn¢ as'aluka `¡fiyataka f¢ um£r¢ kullih¡ ﺍ ﻟﻠ ﻢ ﺇ ْﺳ ﻠ ﻚ ﻋﺎﻓ ﺘ ﻚ ﺍ ﻣﻮری ﻠ ﺎ in all of my affairs and I seek Your protection against the disgrace of this wa a`£dhu bika min khizyi aldduny¡ wa `adh¡bi al و ﻋ ﻮذ ﺑ ﻚ ﻣ ْﻦ ﺧ ﺰْ ی ﺍﻟﺪﻧْ ﻴﺎ و ﻋ ﺬ ﺍﺏ ﺍﻵ ة world and the chastisement in the Next World. ¡khirati
