The case was heard to investigate the case: this Commission consisted of Abel Smith STB (Robt) Wilkinson R of Barnack Thomas Grey Henry Howe R of Barrowden (John) Ducket V of Hambledon (Thomas) Rowlet of Uppingham These are to sit in the church of North Luffenham on Jan 23 25 26. The following witnesses were examined: Robert Johnson, Minister of the Word of God R ofN.L. George Tookye, Robert Georchye, Boniface Tookye, George Alton, Clement Tookye: on 24 Jan. The accusers wereRich Tampion & John Walebancks- the last seven all of S.L.
