As the girls basketball coach at Mt. Lebanon for the past 13 seasons (2003-04 to present), she owns a 284-77 record. In 2015-16, Oldaker led Mt. Lebanon to a 16-10 record. In 2014-15, she led her team to a 13-10 mark and a second-place finish in the PIAA Section 4. Before taking over at Mt. Lebanon, Oldaker was the varsity girls coach at her alma mater, Blackhawk High School (Pa.), for four seasons (1998-99 through 2001-02), where she compiled a 105-18 record (.854 winning percentage) and captured consecutive WPIAL and 3A state titles in 1999 and 2000.
