For government and law enforcement information requests, Apple complies with the laws pertaining to global entities that control our data and we provide details as legally required. For all requests from government and law enforcement agencies within the United States for content, with the exception of emergency circumstances (defined in the Electronic Communications Privacy Act 1986, as amended), Apple will only provide content in response to a search issued upon a showing of probable cause, or customer consent. All requests from government and law enforcement agencies outside of the United States for content, with the exception of emergency circumstances (defined below in Emergency Requests), must comply with applicable laws, including the United States Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA). A request under a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty or the Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act (“CLOUD Act”) is in compliance with ECPA. Double-click this icon to start the installation process. 2. The first window that appears displays a description of iTunes. Click the Next button. 3. It builds and brings together stations you’ll love from day one. And the more you listen to it, the more personalized your stations become. It’s radio reimagined.” iTunes Radio is a way to listen to music that is already built into your iPad. Simply tap on your “Music” icon, then tap “Radio” at the boom left of your screen. There will automatically be a few stations featured on your radio, but you can make your own stations as well! Tap on “New Station” to search for something you’d like to listen to. After you tap on “New Station,” type in an Artist, Genre or Song you’d like to base your radio station off of, or choose from the list of popular genres below. From there, a handpicked list of songs will start playing on your iPad or iPhone. You can skip songs (though you’re only allowed a few skips every hour), tap on the star to let iTunes know you really enjoy the song, and you even have the option to buy the song playing! Happy listening! You can also create a new station from a song you already have in your library! Tap “Create while a song is playing, tap “New Station”, and it will be waiting in your stations. Once you create a station, you can also fine-tune it. -

You’ll be directed right to the MTPR stream in iTunes Radio. Once you are playing the MTPR stream, it will automatically be saved as one of your “My Stations” favorites in iTunes Radio. Now you’ll have easy and immediate access to the MTPR stream next time you use iTunes Radio. 2. Locating and Making Copies of iTunes Video Files (Macintosh) These directions for locating and making copies of iTunes video files will work for most users who have not manually altered the default location assigned to iTunes video files. 1. Start iTunes. 2. On the left‐hand side of the iTunes application window locate the Library (iTunes content on your computer) and click on the Podcasts icon. 3. Any podcasts currently in your iTunes Library on your computer will appear in the right pane of the iTunes window. 4. To make it easy to select the desired podcast and locate the video file, set your iTunes View (in the iTunes toolbar upper right) to the “list” view (the left button of the View menu buttons). 5. The individual files in your iTunes collection will be displayed in a list (Note: you may need to open the podcast directory to display the list of episode titles; click the triangle next to the podcast name). 6. To make a copy of any video file in the iTunes Podcast directory, you will need to locate the file on your computer’s hard drive. 7. Click once on the desired title, hold down the Control key and click again; a contextual menu will appear. 8. Select Show in Finder and a display window will open showing the source video file highlighted in its location on your computer. You will need to leave this file in the current location for it to continue to be accessible in iTunes, but you can easily make a copy for use as a separate QuickTime file that can be viewed independently or inserted in other applications such as PowerPoint or Keynote. -

If you have an Apple device (iPhone/iPad/iTouch), you will be able to download the Freegal App by doing a search for “Freegal Music” in the App Store. If you have an Android phone or tablet, you will be able to search for “Freegal Music” in the Google Play store. As of this writing, Amazon and Barnes & Noble have not made the apps available in their stores. What is the functionality of the Freegal App? The Freegal App is designed to find libraries that have the Freegal Music Service, to store your login information, to search and browse the Freegal Music collection of your library, and to download, store and play your Freegal MP3 files. Currently, the Freegal Music App cannot export files to iTunes or any other software. As a Freegal Music user, you can download a song again for the purpose of having a copy in your iTunes and in the Freegal Music App. You can do that within 2 weeks of your original download by accessing your library’s Freegal site via a computer, and accessing the “recent downloads” functionality on the navigation bar of the home page (HINT: you may need to log out of the Freegal application to do this. You log out by going to “settings” within the Freegal app. Can you take me through the main areas of the Freegal app? Home Screen. This screen shows certain featured graphics, and allows quick browsing of the TOP 10 recent downloads by your fellow library patrons, and the TOP 10 recent downloads of all the Freegal users in the country in which you reside.
