1010 New Years Resolutions!

At the beginning of a New Year, it is almost a tradition to change something about the way that you have been living your life for the past year. Maybe we could promise to be nicer to the people around us or maybe to help out at home more? Whatever we promise to do, it is important that we do not forget about these New Year’s resolutions by the end of January and must continue with our plan for the next year.

Something fun that we could all do for the New Year is think more about what we eat and what kind of affects that the food has on our bodies. Thinking more carefully about the food we eat will not be enough to make us healthier. It is very important that we exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Exercise Making Hiking Fun! can be very exciting and lots of fun. Why not exercise as a pack in Cubs once a week? Exercise does not have Another important aspect of exercise depend on the age group and also to just be running in circles but it can for children is to give them some sort of the ability of the group. As well as a be having a game of football with your motivation to complete tasks, Eg.
