ade up of over seventeen thousand islands, Indonesia, the world’s fourth most populous country, is a land of diverse cultures, histories and languages, unique flora and fauna and breathtaking scenery. Join Mus aboard the MV Aegean Odyssey and embark on a journey through the fascinating islands of Indonesia, ending with a three-night stay on the magical island of Bali. Highlights of the voyage are numerous but for many the main one will be the visit to Borobudur, one of the world’s greatest ancient monuments and single largest Buddhist structure. For this journey across the dramatic landscape of the Java Sea, we are delighted to be working with Voyages to Antiquity. Our association with their vessel, the MV Aegean Odyssey, dates back to the company’s foundation in 2009. As cruise vessels grow ever larger and the itineraries become seemingly irrelevant, it is refreshing to work with a company like Voyages to Antiquity who, like us, place the emphasis very much on the ports of call, the integrity of the onboard lecture programme and, of course, the size of the vessel.

GUEST SPEAKERS Joining you onboard and adding immeasurably to your experience will be three guest speakers who will hold lectures during the voyage on the history and culture of the region:
