1. Summary Agency-wide update:

- All VDcs covered - 9 VDCs (Barhbise and MelamchI) were provided with rice yesterday - WFP to submit report of food to DADO - WFP will bear entire transport costs to deliver food up-to VDCs

- (Dhuto) 60 Kg/HH – sangachowk – 108 HH - Through Cooperative @ of pre-earthquake (HH identified by Cooperative) - 17 MT seed to 13 VDCs ( 2kg/farmer)

- Coverage - Tauthali, pangretar, Dhuskun, pedku - Total HH -3199 HHs - Rice - 12kg/HH, Salt- 1kg/HH, dal – 1.5Kg/HH – first round - completed - Plan is being prepared for second round

- Coverage – 8000 HH rice seed will be made available (to where it can be possible)

2. Challenges
1. Seed availability 2. Duplication with agriculture season vs LFW 3. VDC level households data 4. HH data is old based on 2068 and different org is using different data – its not regular creating problem
3. Decisions Made
Food basket: - maintain consistency; - Agency wide update in writing; - Veterinary office invitation; - Agriculture office will ensure coordination and identification;
- Monday and Thursday meeting (2 days per week) at 7.30 AM - Each member agency has to update its activities on regular basis and to DADO along with its plan; - Vet office (district livestock office) has to be brought under this cluster - DADO office should explore to get enough seed (sources of seed needs to be found) VDCs data with ward has to brought to District through proper endorsement at VDC through local mechanism, with approval of VDC Secretary.
