Program description The Visual and Performing Arts Enrichment Program is a selection of electives and Advanced Placement courses, combined with event participation and a project presentation, leading to an accredited award that improves your college application, and a guaranteed place at Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts.

Explore the skills needed as actors, writers, and performers. Boost your confidence and the art of public speaking. Develop your vocal skills and become musically literate. Discover your inner singing voice by exploring a full range of vocal styles and genres, from classical to contemporary pop. Develop your vocal skills and technique, including vocal range, breath and singing in harmony. Keyboard (Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced) Become musically literate through hands-on experience sight-singing, ear-training, and note-reading, as well as learning to read in clefs. Through applied music skills and developing musical technique, you will become proficient in playing with two hands together and chord reading. Business of Music Explore the backbone of the music industry during this one-semester course, learning about copyright law, band deals, and music promotion. Music Technology and Production Learn to compose and produce music using the same programs as used within the music industry. From hip-hop to jazz, you will pick apart many different genres and learn how to recreate some of the greatest hits of all time.
