Tree Climbers Rendezvous. 2018 Program Pre –Post Trips

Pre Trips August 21st to August 24th. La Fortuna – Sarapiquí.

Day 1. Pick up at hotels. Transfer to La Fortuna. Lunch at San Luis Reserve. Hike and ranforest exploration. Check in at Kokoro Hotel. Dinner at Kokoro, and time to enkoy the hotsprings at the hotel.

Day 2. Optional early birding. Breakfast. Visit Observatory Point, the best area to see Arenal Volcano. Hike at Observatory point. Wildlife Observation. Lunch at Observatory. Chocolate tour. Paradise Hotsprings and Dinner at Hotsprings. Overnight at Kokoro Hotel.

Day 3. Transfer to Sarapiqui. Visit Tirimbina Rainforest Center. Tour through the trails to observe wildlife. Lunch at Tirimbina. Free time to climb at Tirimbina Reserve. Dinner and overnight at La Quinta.

Day 4. Breakfast. Safari Boat trip at Sarapiqui River. Lunch on the area. Continue to Hotel.

Osa Peninsula – Las Cruces.

Day 1. Pick up at hotels. Depart to South Pacific. Arrive to . Boat trip to Drake Bay area. Check in and lunch at Poor’s Man Paradise. Walk to Rio Claro, time for relax or explore by kayac. Dinner and overnight at Poor’s Man Paradise.

Day 2. Early breakfast, and departure by boat to Corcovado National Park, one of the nature wonders of Costa Rica. Back to Poor’s Man Paradise for late lunch. Free time to climb or enjoy the beach. Dinner and overnight at Poor’s Man.

Day 3. Breakfast and depart by boat to Sierpe area. Stop at the Espheres Park. Continue to Las Cruces Biological Station. Lunch at Las Cruces. Afternoon tour at Wilson Botanical Garden. Dinner and overnight at Las Cruces.

Day 4. Optional birding at the Observation Tower. Breakfast and departure to San Gerardo de Dota. Lunch on thw way. Check in at Savegre Hotel.

Post Trips August 28th to August 31st. La Fortuna – Sarapiquí.
