Dr. Shida commented at the Altitude Restaurant (Awarded Restaurant 2010 by the Australian Hotels Association) of the Shangri-la Hotel Sydney on January 27, 2011. “The JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) guided that there would be no illuminations (dark) to Sydney Opera House on my 49th birthday, January 26, 2011. I was surprised and confirmed that the Sydney Opera House was lit up by natural light and not by artistic illuminations on that day. Dr. Zahi Hawass studied what the Pyramid is. While I was studying what the backdoor is, unfortunately, Harvard University was ‘no light up, dark!’ to their entrance examination broker because of the maintenance every day.” After one year, he was satisfied with having a lunch and dinner at the two different main restaurants with a birthday cake presented in the Burj Al Arab Hotel Dubai (Seven-Star Hotel) as the Doctor and Chairperson of Sport on his 50th birthday, January 26, 2012, with the “Chairperson 20th Anniversary Treatise.” Under pressure from the Japan Society for Medical Education and Japanese universities which hold a medical department, he has enough that he will be introducing the “Chairperson 20th Anniversary Treatise” in 2012 and 2013 to 100 four- or five-star hotels, University and the University of Tokyo, Japan, all of which he has visited and 100 four- or five-star hotels, Columbia University and Harvard University, all of which he has already visited in the world (five permanent member countries of the United Nations Security Council), in addition to the Vienna Philharmonic, which usually tours the world. And he must reprogram the simulation (the intense academic pressure in Japan), so it is possible to continue research for the next ten years. Till 2022, full papers are expected to accomplish the objective, after simply having discussions with the professor in the special field at Harvard University in 2013, if Harvard University permits it. He said this on his 50th birthday: “When I stayed at the Savoy Hotel London, which has the ‘World’s Best Hotel Bar,’ there was no TIME magazine in the hotel’s gift shop. The hotel staff said to me, like in the movie Mission Impossible, ‘Almost within fifteen minutes, we will deliver it to your room.’ But no magazine came. Today (January 26, 2012), I felt at ease on the best pool-side city view bed in this hotel (Burj Al Arab Hotel), but couldn’t read any magazine. It was a little dark beside the large window that evening. Our society around the world had better inform some intelligence when we need it, at any place, at any time.” President of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale, Mr. Shinya Tasaki does not know the name of the Cocktail “Chairperson” though I have seen him six times and President of the Imperial Hotel, Ltd. (Japan), Mr. Tetsuya Kobayashi does not know the contents of the “Doping - Backdoor Theory” though I have seen him twice. Many high-class hotels and some top-class museums and universities including the Ritz Hotel Paris, the Louvre Museum and Harvard University that will receive the “Chairperson 20th Anniversary Treatise” are expected to understand the essence of this special treatise consisted of three short papers, as the National Governors’ Association of Japan will do.
