Completed in 2010, ONE Marina Park Drive was the first developed building at Fan Pier, and was one of the pioneer commercial buildings in the Seaport District. ONE Marina Park Drive was certified LEED Gold Core & Shell in 2010. In November 2015, ONE Marina Park Drive received LEED Gold certification for Existing Buildings: Operation + Maintenance. The building’s exterior was designed to embody the essence of the Innovation District, a name given to the area in 2011 by the late Mayor, Thomas Menino, and capitalizes on the views of Boston Harbor.
