CAST BIOS

ERIN KRAKOW (Miranda Carson) – Best known for her recurring role on Lifetime Television's "Army Wives," rising star has graced both the stage and screen during her acting career. A classically trained actor, Krakow studied at Juilliard, earning starring roles in a number of the esteemed school's productions, including Viola/Sebastian in "Twelfth Night," Helena in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," and Yelena in "Black Russian."

Beyond her work at Juilliard, Krakow has appeared in many prominent stage roles, including Cecily in "The Importance of Being Earnest," Diana in "George the Fourth," and Shelby in the stage adaptation of "Steel Magnolias."

Krakow has transitioned from stage to screen, earning recurring and guest-starring roles for top television series. On Lifetime's hit television series, "Army Wives," Krakow played the recurring role of Tanya Gabriel. She also earned the recurring role of Molly on CBS' hit daytime soap "Guiding Light." Most recently, Krakow guest-starred alongside Nathan Fillion in ABC's Emmy® nominated series "Castle."

NIALL MATTER (Ian McAndrick) – , originally from small town , Canada, started out working on oil rigs before pursuing a career in film. He got his first break when he signed on as Trent Hamilton for the hit Canadian TV series “The Best Years.”

He is best known for his series regular role, Zane, on “Eureka” (NBC/UNI/) and as the lead on “Primeval: New World” (SPACE/SYFY). Niall keeps a balance of working on Canadian as well as American projects; recently guest starring on TNT's “Rizzoli and Isles” starring Angie Harmon, NBC’s “Constantine,” ABC’s “Motive,” as well as a starring role alongside Julia Styles in TNT’s “Guilt by Association.”

In the past, he has also appeared on the Canadian series “Arctic Air” in a recurring role and the independent feature film “Ally Was Screaming” alongside Camille Sullivan. Notably, Niall was also hand selected to portray the Mothman in Zach Snyder's “Watchmen” and had major recurring roles on “Melrose Place” and “90210” (CW).

In 2015 Niall had a major recurring role on Global's “Remedy” alongside and (“Primeval: New World” costar) Sarah Canning and most recently completed filming a lead role in the original movie “Stop the Wedding.”

Malick is on the board of The Environmental Media Association, and is a spokesperson for The Humane Society of the United States and Return to Freedom, a wild horse sanctuary and advocacy group. Through their charitable gift fund, A Drop in the Bucket, she and husband, Richard Erickson, support a medical center in the Congo. They live in the Santa Monica Mountains with 5 horses, a donkey, 2 dogs and a 14 year old.
