The project will help increase competitiveness and sustainable economic growth by facilitating innovation and exchange of knowledge for societal benefits. The project specifically aims: - To set-up industry-oriented Technology Transfer Centers (TTC) at each participating university offering industry-focused technology transfer services. TTCs will be incorporated within the university structure. - To create Tech-Transfer Program (TTP) that will include an Specific objectives assessment of the external environment and the potential of a tech-transfer system and protection of intellectual property at universities. - To train tech-transfer specialists and advisors. - To develop research infrastructure and enhance research commercialization capacity - To share best practice in technology and innovation policy from EU universities. - To enhance international and regional cooperation among TTCs in partner countries and their partnership capacity with industry starting with their enterprise associate partners in the project. - To develop COFERI portal and set-up COFERI Transfer Network which will become permanent and self-sustaining. Specific objectives It is planned to design a 120 ECTS program for 1.5 year study with 9 months of teaching, 2 months of fieldwork and 4 months of project/thesis.
