In the committee of the whole, all members reviewed all internal review drafts prepared by committee subgroups. In committee subgroups, members gathered data directly from departments in two full days of interviews and wrote the unit internal review draft. My own (subgroup) interview and report-writing assignments included the following units: Department of Instructional Psychology and Technology, Department of Church History and Doctrine. The MFT Program Development Committee (an MFT committee of the whole) is charged with program curriculum development, including development and assessment of core learning objectives for the MFT graduate programs. My subcommittee responsibilities have included: MFT Liaison to the Chaplain Training Program and MFT Clinical Externships Coordinator.
