Structure The homes are Concrete built with a core of 150mm of 35 Newton steel reinforced concrete which is 7 3mes stronger than tradi3onal blockwork. The Concrete ra$ founda3ons are 400mm deep reinforced concrete and are fully insulated giving the building a thermal bridge free detail, ensuring the structure is completely wrapped in insula3on. The insulated formwork (Alltherm.ie) provide superior quality in con3nuity of insula3on and structure. The First floor is Steel and 3mber engineering flooring system, manufactured in a factory environment to the highest quality. The roof 3mbers are Pre-fabricated roof truss, factory engineered and manufactured.

Insula%on Floors have 275mm of insula3on with a U-Value of 0.10 w/m2 K- Exceeding the building regula3ons by 50%. Roofs have 450mm insula3on with a u-value of 0.10w/m2K, exceeding the regula3on by 50%. External Windows have a u-value of 0.70w/m2K exceeding the regula3ons by 100%. External Walls have a u-value of 0.18w/m2K but most importantly the homes are thermal bridge free, which eliminates any cold snaps from external to internal.

External Windows and doors Triple Glazed passive standard windows and doors from Munster joinery with an average U-value of 0.70 w/m2K, exceeding the technical guidance by 100%.

Hea%ng system The Air to Air hea3ng system is a premium product designed specifically for passive housing, giving full control of all Air entering and leaving the home. The system is combined hea3ng and heat recovery system which also filters the air. (Check out Nilan/compact P for full details)

Air%ghtness The homes are achieving an air3ghtness of 0.55 Air changes per hour, which is 7 3mes be4er than the regula3on minimum. This is the most important part of the fabric of the house, which guarantees you are not was3ng energy going out through open vents or leaky fabric of the building.
