Guy Gaudreau: Guy has been the hockey director for Holydell I agree to pay all fees associated with the program that I or my child may be participating in since our facility opened in 1992. Guy is a graduate of Norwich If my payments fall behind, I understand that I or my child may be suspended from practices, University in Vermont where he is also a member of the Norwich games and any tournaments associated with the program we are participating in. Joe Gori: Joe is currently an instructor here at Hollydell for our Learn to Skate & Learn to Play Hockey classes as well as many of Hollydell's spring skills clinics. Joe is also the Head Coach of the Date ___________________________________________ Hurricanes Midget U16-AA team for the 2008-09 season. Joe has Signature_________________________________________ also played collegiate hockey for the Plattsburgh State University Relationship to Participant ___________________________ Cardinals (New York) and has also played Junior A hockey for the Dauphin Kings, OCN Blizzard and the Flin Flon Bombers of PRE-REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED the Manitoba and Saskatchewan Major Junior Hockey Leagues. .
