Conveniently located in the heart of the Tampa Bay area, our beautiful clubhouse, luscious green fairways, lakes and greens of our vintage, and our open air veranda are sure to provide a uniquely striking venue for your Wedding Ceremony & Reception.

The combined years of experience of our event team and the expertise of our culinary staff ensures that your event will be an absolute success. To assist with any questions, you may have regarding your arrangements, we have outlined some of the services available to you in the pages that follow. We’re happy to customize any menu to fit your every need. ATTENDANCE There is a minimum guest requirement for all Peak Saturdays and Holiday Weekends. Room reservations are for (5) hours, extensions are available upon room availability and/or terms negotiated for your individual event contract.

GUEST COUNT An accurate guest count must be finalized (1) week prior to your event. This number may not be decreased and is considered a financial obligation.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS All events require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The Country Club accepts cash, checks, Visa/MasterCard, and American Express for payments on functions. Please make checks payable to Feather Sound Country Club. Deposits are non-refundable.

DECORATIONS & PERSONAL BELONGINGS Decorating is the responsibility of the host. Decorating times can be arranged with the Private Event Office based upon availability of the space. The use of confetti, birdseed, rice or similar items is prohibited. The use of candles is allowed only if they are enclosed in a vase, water, or votive to catch the wax. Sparkler send offs are allowed outside of the clubhouse, however sand buckets are required for disposal of sparklers and are not provided by the club. The Club will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise, articles, or other personal property left at the Property prior to, during, or following the Function, including but not limited to personal articles, cake decorations, pillars, and cake tops. TASTINGS Tastings at Feather Sound Country Club are complimentary for up to (4) guests. Additional guests are welcome to join for $30 per person. Once a signed contract is received by the Private Event Office, tastings can be scheduled approximately 2 – 3 months prior to wedding date. Tastings are available by appointment only on Thursday, Friday, or Saturdays depending on the Country Club’s event schedule.

PRICES, TAXES, & SERVICE CHARGE All items listed on the catering contract are subject to a 7% state sales tax, and a 23% service charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
