Cllr Richard Gomer Julie Haylett [email protected] [email protected] We’ve lost so much but we’ve found things too and as we emerge 07568 797 494 07557 795 118 from this time; we have an opportunity to shape our lives differently. We could slip back into old patterns or we might decide to do things a bit differently. I hope we can build on the community spirit that has flourished and I intend to treasure and appreciate those seemingly small things in life I took for granted before. Inviting family and friends into my home. Sharing a meal. A hug. These things are precious.

Poppies for Remembrance

Last year many local and church folk knitted poppies to decorate the hedge by the war memorial for Remembrance Day and this tribute was well received.

This year we would like to extend that display along the entire hedge if possible. Could you knit or crochet some poppies ready for the autumn?

A big thank you to local resident Judith who crocheted 500 during this last lockdown. The Postbox shown below
