I married at sixteen. A strange thing happened during the wedding ceremony which had a mysterious implication for the bridegroom. Do you know what happened ? The head-gear of the bridegroom came off a little and in a flash it came to him that `one of them will have to tread alone-either he’ll be a widower or the girl, a widow.’

I remember my school and the teacher, too, who taught us Arithmetic. I wasn’t a very brilliant student but not a dullard either. One day my teacher set us an example to find out the smallest number, indivisible and found in all. I ecstatically discovered that only God could be such an entity that prevades the whole universe but is hidden behind the veil of Maya (illusion) in every creature, visible or invisible. 22 His Presence Radiates `Atmananda’ 21 innocent atmosphere of the universe.
