He has attended as a representative for the General Council of Spanish Advocacy at the: IV (2005), V (2006), VII (2008), VIII (2009), XI (2012) and XII (2013) Assemblies of States Parties of the International Criminal Court, held at The Hague (Holland), to the XIII (2014) Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court at the United Nations, New York (USA) and to the XIV (2015) Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court held at The Hague.

He organized the course: “The legal practice before the International Criminal Court” at the General Council of Spanish Advocates held from the 28th to the 30th of September 2006 for the preparation of Spanish Lawyers before the International Criminal Court.

He has given conferences about International Criminal Justice and participated in courses:

o He participated as a moderator at the Senate in a Round Table about “The Extermination of Law: The Holocaust”, at the International Discussion Seminar “Nuremberg 1933-1945. From the Abyss to the Rebirth of Rights”, on the 28th and 30th of January 2008.

o He has participated as a moderator of the Third Panel about “International Criminal Legality; Revision of Humanitarian Law”, organized the First Juridical Encounter at the House Sefarad Israel and the Garrigues Foundation held on the 16th and 17th of June 2009.

o He studied in Berlin, Germany at the House of the Wannsee Conference, holding a Seminar on “Didactic concepts for the Education of National Socialism History and of the Holocaust” in which the judicial proceedings developed in Germany after the World War II were explained, held from the 24th until the 28th of August 2009.

o He gave a conference about “El Nazi Holocaust: Law at the service of barbarism”, at the University of Ávila, course held by the Ministry of Education in September of 2010

o He participated and gave a conference at the Course about “UNIVERSAL JURISDICTION AND INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURTS” held in (Uruguay) in October 2010 addressed to Magistrate of Hispano-American and held by the Spanish Agency for International Co-operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, General Counsel of the Judiciary, General Counsel of the Spanish Advocacy and Prosecutor General Office.

o At the sessions of Criminal Law organized by the Bar Association of Melilla on the 19th and 20th of October 2010, he gave a conference entitled “International Criminal Justice and Universal Justice.

!2 o Co-Director of the Seminar about “Shoá, genocides and crimes against humanity” celebrated in Paris, Nuremberg and Berlin from the 22nd until the 25th of November 2010 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, Sefarad Israel House, with the collaboration of the Memorial of Shoá of París, the House-Museum of Wansee and Human Rights Center of Nuremberg (NMRZ), were among other issues, the Nuremberg Trials were addressed and a conference was given by Benjamin Ferencz, US prosecutor of the Nuremberg Trials. He also attended to Humboldt University, in Berlin, where two conferences on trials for nazi criminals were given. o He gave a conference on “International Criminal Justice” at the VIII Special Course of Criminal Law and Code of Criminal Law of the Study and Research Center of the Bar Association of Madrid. Year: 2010-2011, on the 10th of February 2011. o He gave a conference on “International Criminal Justice” at the Cultural Center of the Armies on the 31st of March 2011, event organized by the General Command of Melilla. o He gave a conference on “The process of Nuremberg. Reference to the development of International Criminal Law”, in the Association of Studies of Melilla on the 27th of November 2001. o Coordinator of the “Session on Evidence” held at the CGAE, Madrid with online streaming on the 10th of October 2013 (Event organized by the CGAE and La ley) o Speaker at the Permanent Seminar of Public Law for the XXI century “Religious freedom and constitutional Rights of the cultural diversity: the Canadian experience as a constitutional model of reference”, celebrated at the University of Jaén, Faculty of Judicial and Social Sciences on the 10 and 11 of October 2013. o Coordinator at the “Sessions on Civil Society and Armed forces. A current view” held in Melilla on the 17 and 18 of October 2013 and organized by the Manuel Giménez Abad Foundation of Parliamentarian Studies and of the Autonomic State, Consultative Council of Andalucia and General Command of Melilla o He has attended the course “International Law as a guarantee of Fundamental Human Rights”, organized by the Juridical School, General Counsel of Judiciary in Madrid from the 6th until the 9th of June 2011. o He has made the course about “The Holocaust, racial discrimination and destruction of the European Jews”. 250 class hours, course given by the National University of Distance Education o He has given the conference “Armed Conflicts and International Criminal Justice” on the 17th of July 2014 at the course “Armed forces, Constitution and Armed Conflicts” (Certificate from the University of Granada), celebrated from the 14th until the 18th of July at the XXI Summer Courses of the City of Melilla. o He has directed the Course about “International Criminal Justice” organized by the Spanish International Cooperation Agency (AECID) and the General

o He has participated on the Working day about “International Criminal Justice” organized by the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid, held on the 14 of January 2015, intervening at the Round Table “Debate on the situation of application of International Criminal Law by the National Courts”. o He has given a session about “International Criminal Justice” to the students of the Masters to advocacy access at the Catholic University of on the 14th of May 2015 o Speaker at the 8th Working Day of International and Universal Criminal Justice “Borders, returns and human rights” with the presentation “Analysis on ‘’Hot Expulsions’’: the 10th disposition of the LO 4/2000, about rights and freedoms of the foreign in Spain, introduced by the LO 4/2015 of the 30th of March of civilian protection. Also in this framework he participated of the Round Table “Do the border control law collides with human rights?” held on the 8th of June 2015 at the Center of Legal Studies and Specialized trainning of o He has directed the course about “International Criminal Justice” organized by the Spanish International Cooperation Agency (AECID) and the Spanish General Council of Advocacy (CGAE) in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) from the 22nd of September until the 2nd of October 2015. ▪ He have the conference about “Juridical Protection of the Historical Spanish Heritage” at the Cervantes Institute of Orán (Argelia), on the 15th of June 2013 in the workshop “City and Heritage”.

▪ He gave the conference about “International Criminal Law. Special reference to the transnational economic crimes.” Within the framework of “Session on social-economic crimes. Corporate Criminal Law”, held in Melilla on the 4th of July 2013, and organized by the Foundation of the Granada University and the public society ‘Promesa’.

▪ He gave two hours on theory on the Course “Armed Forces, Constitution and Armed Courses” (Certificate of the Granada University), held from the 14th until the 18th of July 2014 at the XXI Summer Courses of the City of Melilla (The course lasted for 150 hours and has an academic recognition of 6 credits)

▪ Speaker at the “Working day of the foreign worker and the Spanish nationality: current path and future legislative progress” in which he imparts the presentation named “Future reform of the Spanish nationality: Sephardi’s”, organized by the Faculty of Labour Sciences and the Department of International Law Priado of the University of Granada, on the 21st of May 2015.

▪ He gave the conference on “Law to grant Spanish Nationality for the Sephardi originally from Spain” Organized by the Bar Association of Granada and celebrated in Granada on the 11 of September 2015.

• He gave the conference on “Law on Spanish Nationality to the Sephardis” on the 25th of July 2016 at the Summer Course “City of Siguenza” about Camilo José Cela and the Sephardi’s, organized by the King Juan Carlos University of Madrid.

• He intervened at the “Session about International Mobility of the Spanish and Foreign workers and the juridical and social dimension” held on the 12 of May 2016 at the Faculty of Work Science of the Granada University, organized by the International Private Law Area of the Granada University

• He intervened at the “Round Table about the Refugee Crisis in ”, held on the 25th of May 2016, at the General Council of Spanish Advocates on the “Legal framework and the role of advocacy” organized by the General Council of Spanish Advocates and the Spanish Advocacy Foundation
