Lease area does not falls in forest land. It has been proposed to excavate sand from the river bed, nadi & nallas. Lease has been allotted by auction for mining of mineral River Sand (Bajri). LOI has been granted in favour of M/s. Shri Paarasmal Ghanchi S/o Shri Saanvalram Ghanchi, R/o Jasol, District Barmer (Rajasthan) for mineral River Sand over an area of 588.14 hectares by State Government Order No. P8 (17) Khan/Group-2/13 Jaipur dated 13 th June, 2013. for a period of 05 years with effect from the date of registration. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2.0 crore. Proposed production of River Sand (Bajri) is 48.0Lac TPA. Parasmal Ghanchi has been granted a mining lease for extraction of Sand over an area of 588.14 Ha. The lessee is engaged in mining profession since last 9-10 years. The Applicant is experienced person in mining profession with a sound financial background. 1.2 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT Methods of mining will be open cast semi-mechanized. It has been proposed to extract sand from the river bed. Mining will be confined to the allotted lease area which lies on the river bed of River from which approximately 48.0 LTPA of sand will be excavated and the estimated project cost is Rs. 2.0 crore. LOI has been granted in favour of M/s.
