Monthly Change in November - Observations – • Table 5: West has seen the highest unemployment rate in 16-24 year olds since September 2020. November 2020 has been the highest recorded % at 8.50% • Table 6: In November there was a 3% increase in the number of unemployed claimants 16+ compared to October 2020. However, both the South East and GB did see a decrease in the number. • Table 7: ward recorded the highest % of unemployed male claimants with 5% - seeing a 4% increase in October 2020. Fleet Central recorded the highest figure for females with 4%. Again, Blackwater and Hawley have recorded the highest unemployed claimants by ward and sex now for both October & November.
