Cortland Baseball Legends Club

Starting in 2017, the Cortland baseball program is recognizing its “Cortland Baseball Legends” to honor the standout members of the program’s highly successful and revered history.

Those chosen each year will be recognized during the baseball alumni weekend in September. Selections will be made by a committee led by head coach Joe Brown.

Players who are selected must be graduates of the college and at least a two-year member of the team. Also, players must be out of school for at least five years. Non- players (coaches, etc.) are also eligible for selection (only major exceptions will be considered).

The goal of the committee is to aim for an induction group of approximately 12-16 people in both 2017 and 2018 to begin the process, followed by smaller groups in future years.
