Banking Group means the Bank and all its controlled entities. Immediate Parent Company means ANZ Funds Pty Limited, which is the immediate parent company of ANZ Holdings (New Zealand) Limited. Ultimate Parent Bank means Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. Overseas Banking Group means the worldwide operations of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited including its controlled entities. This resulted in a reduction to opening retained earnings of NZ$17 million and an increase in deferred tax assets of NZ$7 million. Comparative information has not been restated. Refer to Note 1 for further details.
