7. Service Specification Route: 267 QC39501 This Service Specification forms section 7 of the ITT and should be read in conjunction with the ITT document, Version 1 dated 29 September 2011. You are formally invited to tender for the provision of the bus service detailed below and in accordance with this Service Specification. Tenderers must ensure that a Compliant Tender is submitted and this will only be considered for evaluation if all parts of the Tender documents, as set out in section 11, have been received by the Corporation by the Date of Tender. The Tender must be fully completed in the required format, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers. A Compliant Tender must comply fully with the requirements of the Framework Agreement; adhere to the requirements of the Service Specification; and reflect the price of operating the Services with new vehicles. Tenderers should note that the following alterations (subject to consultation) are proposed as part of this Service Specification for introduction with the new Route Agreement: Option 1 No change to the current summer Sunday extension from Fulwell, Old Tram Depot to Hampton Court Green, Hampton Court Road. Option 2 The summer Sunday extension from Fulwell, Old Tram Depot to Hampton Court Green, Hampton Court Road is withdrawn. Option 1 & 2 Route No. 267 is specified to terminate at Fulwell, Old Tram Depot but will not stand in the bus garage. The first arrival at Hampton Court Green, Hampton Court Road should be no later than 0915, whilst the last departure should be no later than 1830. The frequencies detailed above should be maintained during these time periods. The dates of operation are liable to change and exact details of the Summer Sunday requirements will be discussed with the successful Tenderer. Pinchpoints Isleworth 1030 - 1130 15 minutes Turnham 1030 - 1130 15 minutes War Green Church Memorial 4) QSI POINTS & MILEAGE It is intended Route No. 267 will have 112 surveys per quarter at the following locations: QSI POINTS Towards Fulwell, Old Tram Depot/ Towards Hammersmith Bus Station, Hampton Court Green, Hampton Upper Level Court Road Hammersmith Twickenham Turnham Green Isleworth $ Isleworth $ Turnham Green Twickenham MILEAGE: See Attached iBus Sheets $ This location is recorded simultaneously in both directions - counted as two surveys. 5) OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS 5.1) Route No. 267 should be separated from Route No. R68 between Hampton Hill, High Street and Hampton Court Green on summer Sundays only. 5.2) When compiling schedules Tenderers are asked to consider passengers making connections to other services at the following locations: Kew Bridge Station, Twickenham Station and Fulwell Station. 5.3) Route No. 267 can suffer unpredictable traffic delays in the Chiswick area. 5.4) Tenderers should assume that a suitable bus stand will be provided in the Fulwell area within 5 minutes running time in each direction from Fulwell, Old Tram Depot. 6) CURRENT PERFORMANCE, ROUTE RECORD & IBUS MILEAGE 6.1) CURRENT PERFORMANCE As per current print out. 6.2) ROUTE RECORD As per Busnet Printout. 6.3) IBUS MILEAGE As per current print out.
