Truly-Awards-Program.Pdf We work to improve the lives of the people who need us. What we do isn’t for the faint hearted. The Truly Awards celebrate the impact the physicians of Physician Partners have on those lives. A medical degree isn’t enough to do what they do. Caring runs through everything, and it’s the combination of compassion and science that makes all the difference. Across the spectrum of their patients’ lives, our physicians act with intent, with heart, and with passion for patients. Working alongside us, they give their all to inspire and change lives. The care they provide doesn’t stop with our patients. Our physicians touch the lives of families, communities, colleagues and team members. And it doesn’t just take courage and determination to deliver a positive impact - it’s that spark and instinct to care that changes lives. So, let’s celebrate their stories, their compassion, their teamwork, and for always pushing what’s possible. Let’s celebrate our physicians who live and breathe our values. It’s our chance to say, you’re truly Made for this.
