Claim 1 [1 preamble1] On information and belief, each Accused Product listed in the attached list of Accused Products contains a A microprocessor microprocessor (“Accused Microprocessors”). Each microprocessor is an electronic circuit that interprets and system, comprising executes programmed instructions. This chart sets shows infringement with respect to examples that are representative of the operation of the Accused Products.2

For example, the following processors are found in the Accused Products. 1. Qualcomm Processors: Numerous Samsung Products in the attached list of Accused Products use Qualcomm Processors that include ARM cores or cores that are architecturally similar to ARM cores in the relevant respects and are able to operate using ARM instructions. (Collectively such products are referred to as the “Qualcomm Accused Products.” The number of Qualcomm Accused Products is too great to list those products here.) See, e.g., http://www.anandtech.com/show/4940/qualcomm-new- snapdragon-s4-msm8960-krait-architecture (Krait similar to ARM core and “capable of decoding any ARMv7-A instructions”). Some examples of the operations of Qualcomm processors are also described below. 2.
