Three Rivers District Council is supporting Bike Week in the community and invites residents to cycle to the Aquadrome, Frogmoor Lane, Rickmansworth, WD3 1NB. Watford Cycle Hub will be on hand outside the Café in the Park at the Aquadrome from 10am-3pm and will offer a Dr Bike service providing bike safety checks with quick adjustments and minor repairs to bikes ridden to Rickmansworth Aquadrome on the day. Most problems can be fixed on the spot, whilst more major issues can be booked into the Pavilion Workshop at Watford Cycle Hub or to their Mobile Mechanic Van at a location near to you. 01923 223994 [email protected] www.watfordcyclehub.org.uk/events

Spokes South West Herts Cycling Group will lead an easy family ride from the Café in the Park along canal towpaths and the Ebury Way passing all three rivers that give the local authority its name. You will pass a 14th century barn, old sand and gravel quarry lakes, wooded areas and . On reaching the Watford Cycle Hub refreshments will be available and you will be able to view refurbished bikes for sale, cycle equipment and details about local cycling before returning to the Aquadrome.
