Bagot to Robert and Ann, as he died on 13 Oct 1701 at (Richard’s parents unknown) Morton Bagot. The death is not in the parish record but Who was this Richard? Is it the same Richard who married twice? Having two William and two Sarah is in the Bishop’s Transcript, which shows the burial of children alive at the same time is unusual for this to be the case, although not impossible. “Richard, son of Robert and Ann”. The events on this tree have all been verified against the parish records and secondary evidence (witnesses at weddings etc) as far as is practically possible, but are not guaranteed. There are a lot of Woodwards in Throckmorton from the late 1600s to the 1730s and the Throckmorton family owned Coughton Court where most of the Coughton based Woodward members, who were agricultural labourers, worked.
