Sazerac Ingredients: - 1 Sugar Cube - 2 Dashes of Bitters - 2 ounces Rye Whiskey - 2 dashes Absinthe or Pernod - Lemon curl
Directions: - Soak the sugar cube in the bitters and mash into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Rye and shake it like you mean it. Pour the Absinthe (or Pernod) into a chilled rocks glass and swirl it around to coat the inside edges of the glass evenly. Strain the contents of your shaker into the glass and garnish with the lemon curl. 007 Martini (The Vesper) Ingredients: - 3 ounces Gordon’s Gin - 1 ounces Vodka (preferably from grain, not potato) - ½ ounce Kina Lillet Aperitif - Lemon curl
Directions: - Fill half a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients minus the lemon peel. Shake it until it’s ice-cold, strain into a deep Champagne flute and garnish with the lemon curl.
Champagne Cocktail Ingredients: - 1 Sugar Cube - 2-3 Dashes of Bitters - 1 ounce Brandy - Champagne - Orange Slice
Directions: - Soak the sugar cube in the bitters and brandy, and place in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange slice.
Ramos Fizz Ingredients: - 5cl gin - 1cl fresh lime juice - 1cl fresh lemon juice - 3 dashes orange flower water - 1 teaspoon eggwhite powder - 5cl double cream - 1 teaspoon caster sugar - soda water
Directions: - Pour all ingredients, except soda, into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top up with soda. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
The Bronx Cocktail Ingredients: - 6 parts Gin - 3 parts Sweet Red Vermouth - 2 parts Dry Vermouth - 3 parts Orange juice
Directions: - Pour all of the listed ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake until cold and frosty. Strain into a chilled cocktail or martini glass and serve.
Mint Julep cocktail Ingredients: - 5 mint leaves - ½ ounce Bourbon Whiskey - 1 tsp. powdered sugar - 2 tsp. water
Directions: - Gently muddle the mint leaves, sugar, and the water in a mixing glass. It is important not to overly muddle the mint leaves, just gently bruise to release the essence. Add crushed ice and then pour in the whiskey. Garnish the classic cocktail with a mint sprig.
The Prohibition Cocktail Ingredients: - 1 ounce gin (Tanqueray, Hendricks, Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire, etc.) - 1 ounce Kina Lillet - 2 dashes fresh lemon juice - ¼ ounce apricot brandy
Directions: - Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until nice and cold. Now, strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.
Foghorn Ingredients: - ½ juice of lime - 1 ½ ounces of Gin - Ginger Ale to taste
Directions: - Pour in a highball style glass with ice and stir. Add lime juice and stir again. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with the lime wedge or wheel.
Uncle Sam Special Ingredients: - 1 part Brandy (Raynal Brandy, "Remy Martin ""XIII", etc.) - 1 part Gin (Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Hendricks', Gordon's London Dry, etc.) - 1 part Dry Vermouth (Martini & Rossi, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, Cinzano Dry, Gallo Dry, etc.) - 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions: - Shake the mixture in a cocktail shaker until cold and frosty. Strain the mix into a cocktail glass. Garnish the drink with a cherry.
The Dubonnet Cocktail Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounces Gin (Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Gordon's London, Beefeater, Etc) - 1 ½ ounces Dubonnet (French wine infused with spices) - Lemon Twist
Directions: - Fill a standard mixing glass with ice. Pour in the Dubonnet and then the Gin. Mix until cold and then strain the ice into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
The Monkey Gland Ingredients: - 2 ounces gin (Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray, Beefeater, etc.) - 1 ½ ounces fresh orange juice - 2 dashes of grenadine - 2 dashes of Pernod or Bénédictine (absinthe) - Twist of orange peel
Directions: - Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and then strain the mixture into a glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.
The Classic Sidecar Cocktail Ingredients: - 1 ¼ ounces Cognac (Brandy) - ½ ounce Orange Liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Triple Sec, etc.) - ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice.
Directions: - Shake well in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Line the rim with sugar.
La Paloma Ingredients: - an 8 ounce glass filled with ice - 1 ½ ounces tequila - 4-6 ounces grapefruit soda - lime wedge
Directions: - Pour the tequila into the glass and top off with grapefruit soda and a squeeze of lime. Use a larger glass and more grapefruit soda for a milder version. Michelada Recipe Ingredients: - 12 ounce Beer of choice (Corona,Sol,XX, Tecate - 2 limes squeezed - 3 ounces Clamato - 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins) - 2-4 Dashes of Tabasco (depending on how spicy you want it) - ½ ounce of Botanera mexican sauce- or seasoning sauce - 1 Beer Glass with salted rim, on the rocks.
Bulldog Ingredients: - Margarita with a Corona bottle dunked upside-down in the center.
Pinguino Ingredients: - Remy Martin cognac, Kahlua coffee liqueur, and milk served on the rocks.
Submarina Ingredients: - Corona with a submerged shot of Tequila. Beer substitution upon request.
Rum Horchata Ingredients: - Ice - 2 ounces Horchata - 1 ½ ounces aged dark rum - ½ ounce Frangelico
Directions: - Place the Horchata, rum and Frangelico into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir to combine until the mixture has chilled and then pour into a rocks cocktail glass and serve immediately.
Caipirinha Ingredients: - The national cocktail of Brazil, the Caipirinha is a combination of muddled lime, sugar, and Leblon Cachaca; served on the rocks.
Midnight Samurai Ingredients: - ¾ ounce Kahlua - 1 ounce Sake rice wine
Directions: - Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass. Serve in Cocktail Glass
Mount Fuji: Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounces Sake rice wine - 1 ½ ounces Sweet & Sour mix - 2 tsp Triple Sec
Directions: - Stir ingredients together in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry, and serve. Serve in Cocktail Glass
The Radler Ingredients: - An equal mix of lager beer and lemonade. Very nice in the summertime, because you don’t consume as much alcohol.
Café De Paris Cocktail Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounces Gin - 1 tsp. Anisette - 1 tsp. Light Cream - 1 Egg White
Directions: - Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Moscow Mule Ingredients: - 5cl vodka - 1cl fresh lime juice - ginger beer
Directions: - Pour the vodka and the lime juice into a highball filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime in the drink. Serve with a stirrer.
Greek Martini Ingredients: - A Greek Martini is made the same way as regular Martini is made except that instead of Gin or Vodka, you use Ouzo.
Sangria Ingredients: (Serves 4) - 1 bottle Spanish red wine - 12cl Spanish brandy - 3cl triple sec/Cointreau - 2 teaspoons superfine (caster)sugar - 1.5cl fresh lemon juice - 1.5cl fresh orange juice - half each : apple, orange, lemon, and lime, sliced - soda water (optional)
Directions: - Pour all ingredients, except soda, into a pitcher or punch bowl, starting with the sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. When guests arrive, add the slices of lemon, orange, lime, and apple. Add large ice cubes and soda. Serve in goblets.
Black Velvet Ingredients: - 5 oz. Guinness Stout - 5 oz. Champagne
Directions: - Make sure both are chilled. Pour the Guinness first into a Champagne flute, then slowly add the Champagne. The Champagne should rest on top of the denser Stout until the flute is tipped to drink.
The Rat Pack Cocktail: The Stinger Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounce Brandy - ½ ounce Vodka - ½ ounce White Creme de Menthe - Mint Leaf
Directions: - Fill half a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake it until it’s ice- cold. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a mint leaf. A sugar cube in the bitters and brandy and place into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange slice.
The Marilyn Ingredients: - 4 ounces Champagne - 1 ounces Apple brandy - 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup - Ripe or maraschino cherries
Directions: - Pour all ingredients into a champagne saucer. Serve with two cherries on a stick.
Graceland Ingredients: - 1 ounce Peanut Liquor - 1 ounce Banana Liquor - ¾ ounce Frangelico Liquor - 1 ounce Cream - ½ Muddled banana
Directions: - Mix all ingredients and serve in a rocks glass with a banana chip.
The Andy Warhol Cocktail Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounces Martell VS or other Cognac - ½ ounce Benedictine - ½ ounce Lillet Blanc - 2 dashes orange bitters - 1 flamed orange zest, for garnish
Directions: - Stir together all ingredients, except the garnish, over ice. Strain into a champagne saucer or coupe glass. Add the garnish.
The Cointreau Tease Ingredients: - 1 ½ oz. Cointreau - ¾ oz. Apple juice - ½ oz. Monin violet syrup - ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
Directions: - Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker over ice and shake. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Frost ginger around the rim of the glass & garnish with a violet.
Buona Notte Ingredients: - ½ Unpeeled lemon, diced into small pieces - 1 tsp Cane sugar - 1 Cucumber peel strip - 1 Ginger round - 3-4 Drops of angostura - 50g Vodka - 50g Cranberry juice
Directions: - Mix lemon, sugar, cucumber peel, ginger, and angostura in an old fashion cocktail glass. Then add vodka and cranberry juice. Complete with ice flakes and serve with a straw.
The Snooki Margarita Ingredients: - A Margarita served with two Corona bottles sunk in the center upside-down in the Margarita glass. The Lindsey Lohan You’ll notice this is a ‘red headed slut’ shooter with a shot of coke
Ingredients: - 1 ounce Jagermeister - ½ ounce Peach Schnapps - Splash of Cranberry Juice - Splash of Coke
Rainbow Shot Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounce Sloe Gin, or Grenadine, or Noyaux - 2 ½ ounce Any white Spirit: Vodka, Gin, Rum, Malibu Rum, or Tequilla, - 3 ounce O.J or Pineapple Juice - 1 ½ ounce Blue Curacao
Directions: - Your first step will be to line up 9 shot glasses. Then you will begin with an empty shaker and pour your Sloe Gin, or Grenadine, or Noyaux into the shaker and add a thin layer of ice to cover the liquid. Next you will pour a white spirit of your choice and again add a thin layer of ice to cover the liquid. Than you will add your juice, Pineapple or O.J and again top with another layer of ice to build a nice separation between your juice and the Blue Curacao that you will add next. This last and final step must be done quickly, add your Blue Curacao in a circular motion and quickly place your strainer on top and begin to pour an ounce of your Rainbow Shot from your shaker into each shot glass. You should have a visible color change. Each rainbow you create can vary in color slightly.
Jello Shots Ingredients: - 2 packages Gelatin (flavor of choice) - 1 cup Vodka
Directions: - Mix gelatin according to package instructions, except substitute vodka for the cold water in process. Use small plastic cups for forming gelatin into shots. Place in refrigerator or freezer. Whipped topping optional garnish for fun just before serving.
Bloody Mary Ingredients: - 1 ½ ounces Vodka - Salt & Pepper - Worcestershire Sauce - Tabasco Sauce - Horseradish
Directions: - Add spices based on desired taste and spiciness, fill with tomato juice and garnish with a celery stalk
Mint Julep Ingredients: - Mint leaves - Sugar - Crushed ice - 2 ounces Bourbon
Directions: - Muddle mint leaves and sugar, add crushed ice and fill with bourbon. Serve in highball or tall glass.
Negroni Ingredients: - Gin - Campari - Sweet Vermouth
Directions: - Pour equal parts of ingredients and serve in rocks glass with a lemon twist garnish.
Candy Apple Martini Ingredients: - Apple Pucker - Vodka - Butterscotch Schnapps
Directions: - Pour equal parts into iced shaker. Pour into martini glass with apple garnish.
Carmel Apple Martini Ingredients: - ½ ounce Apple Pucker - ½ ounce Butterscotch Schnapps Directions: - Pour parts into iced shaker. Pour into martini glass with apple garnish.
Chocolate Raspberry Martini Ingredients: - Raspberry Vodka - Chcolate Liqueur - Cream
Directions: - Pour equal parts into iced shaker. Pour into martini glass.
Flirtini Ingredients: - ½ ounce Raspberry Vodka - ½ ounce Triple Sec - ½ ounce Lime Juice - Cranberry - Splash of Champagne
Directions: - Pour parts into iced shaker. Pour into martini glass.
LA Water Ingredients: - ½ ounce Vodka - ½ ounce Gin - ½ ounce Rum - ½ ounce Blue Curacao - Sweet and sour mix - Chambord
Directions: - Fill tall glass with ice and pour in vodka, gin, rum, and blue curacao. Fill with sweet and sour mix and float Chambord. Garnish with lemon.
Gummy Bear Ingredients: - ½ ounce Raspberry Vodka - ½ ounce Peach Schnapps - Cranberry
Directions: - Make it as a shooter. (In an iced shaker and strain)
Vegas Bomb Ingredients: - Crown Royal - Butterscotch Schnapps
Directions: - Fill shot glass with crown royal and butterscotch schnapps. Drop shot glass into half glass of Red Bull.
Sake Bomb Ingredients: - Sake in shot glass and drop into half glass of beer.
Jager Bomb Ingredients: - Jager in a shot glass and drop into half glass of Red Bull.
Smith and Kerns Ingredients: - 2 ounces Kahlua - Cream - Soda
Directions: - Serve with ice in highball glass. 2 ounces of Kahlua, fill with cream and splash soda.
Toasted Almond Ingredients: - 1 ounce Kahlua - 1 ounce Amaretto - Cream
Directions: - Serve with ice in highball glass. Equal parts Kahlua and Amaretto, fill with cream.
Separator Ingredients: - 1 ounce Kahlua - 1 ounce Brandy
Directions: - Serve with ice in highball glass. Equal parts Kahlua and Brandy, fill with cream.
Brandy Alexander Ingredients: - 1 ounce Brandy - 1 ounce Dark Crème de Cacao - Cream
Directions: - Serve with ice in highball glass. Equal parts Brandy and Dark Crème de Cacao, fill with cream.
Grasshopper Ingredients: - 1 ounce Green Crème de Menthe - 1 ounce White Crème de Cacao - Cream

Kir Ingredients: - Serve in tall glass with ice. Pour ¾ ounce Chambord and fill with white wine.
Irish Coffee Ingredients: - Irish Whiskey, fill with coffee.
Keoke Coffee Ingredients: - Equal parts Kahlua, Brandy and Crème de Cacao. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.
