T oday is one of my favorite days of the year because, t o gether, we mark one of the greatest m ilestones in your life in addition to our university’s primary reason for bei ng. Your hard work has reached a culmination, and now is the time to celebrate as one UC. Earning a degree from U C, and indeed a degree from a ny accredited institution of higher learning, is a lif e-changing achievement. H opefully, it has been a transformative experience that inspires a lifelong curiosity an d quest for greater understanding and knowledge. T A P s t u dents are actively engaged in an inclusive college experience as a UC Bearcat. T AP courses are developmental a n d are designed to support students in developing competencies
