A wonderful opportunity to acquire a part renovated former stone mill that enjoys a peaceful rural setting at the end of a long privately owned track. The property is situated on a plateau at the top of the site enjoying some lovely views out over the surrounding countryside and its own gardens and paddock which extends to approximately circa 3.3 acres.

Planning permission was granted in 2010 and then amended in 2011 for the conversion of this lovely stone former mill in to a three double bedroomed detached residential dwelling with two bathrooms and two large reception areas which could also operate as two separate residential units of one two bedroom and one, one bedroom.

The current mill building will be extended in stone (much of which is already on site) and a commencement has already been made with concrete floors having been put in to the ground floor and a new roof installed on the existing building.

The setting is quite superb with the building itself standing on a plateau at the top of the site with what will be garden areas around it and lovely views out over the surrounding fields and woodland including its own 3.3 acres of garden and paddock.

The necessary planning documents can be viewed on the online planning portal. The first planning permission granted was E1/2010/00623 and this was subsequently amended with planning application PA/11/02369, in 2011.
