11 Insurance and Waiver of Liability DUE FRIDAY, MAY 3 Every exhibitor must sign and return the Insurance Release Form. Exhibitors will not be allowed to set up at the show unless an executed Insurance Release Form is on file with VOLTA Show Management. Exhibitors are advised to insure their property and all property entrusted to them for display or other use in connection with the show against the risks of fire, theft, burglary, breakage, leakage, and water damage, and the risks of damage sustained during transport to and from the show grounds. VOLTA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY THE EXHIBITOR IN CONNECTION WITH VOLTA, OR FOR THE FAILURE OF THE EXHIBITOR TO OBTAIN INSURANCE, OF FOR THE FAILURE OF INSURANCE TO COVER LOSSES SUSTAINED. Again, exhibitors are strongly recommended to maintain their own shipping related insurance, as customary insurance provided by shippers is usually inadequate.

IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE During set-up, it is the policy of VOLTA not to permit entry to the exhibit halls to individuals not employed by Exhibitors. 17 Garbage Disposal During set-up and dismantling periods we will provide each exhibitor with large garbage bags for the disposal of trash (more are available in the exhibitor office at any time). Before leaving, please take the time to look back at your booth after packing up: screws, nails and vinyl lettering left in/on the walls will result in a labor charge of CHF 80.00 per hour (half hour minimum charge). Any kind of oversize trash left behind (such as empty crates, large cardboard boxes, stacks of magazines and promotional material) will incur in a removal fee based on material, dimensions, and weight.
