When a journalist asked him for the secret behind his repeated victories, the farmer responded simply “I use the best seed available in the market and I share my seed with my neighbouring filed owners as well. Sharing my high quality seeds with neighbors is probably the only unique thing I do. If they use poor quality seed, then the weeds will grow in their fields and will come to my field and spoil the crop.” It is only wise to surround ourselves with the right people and help them in any and every appropriate way.
