Request for Quotes Repairs to Worcester Town Hall Exterior Due June 1, 2012 Purpose:

The Town of Worcester seeks to enter into a contract to make repairs to the exterior of the Worcester Town Hall to prepare it for painting.

Scope of Work:

1. Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all items listed in Attachment. 2. Use siliconized caulk to fill small gaps. Do not caulk overlap joints of lapped . 3. Damaged and other woodwork should be repaired wherever possible. If must be replaced, the type of wood should be compatible with the original, and is to be approved by Town Hall Committee. 4. Stainless steel or threaded/ring-shank aluminum siding nails only (not galvanized).

Schedule:

Work will start on or around June 6 and should be completed within a week, weather permitting.

1. Detailed scope of services. 2. Fee structure and estimate of total cost for performing the scope of services. 3. Summaries of relevant projects, including names and phone numbers of references. 4. Proof of insurance.
