of Conclusions - Overall

• Some parks are used more frequently and individually.

• The total sample are most satisfied with the maintenance of grass/pathways, litter cleanliness and safety/security. These attributes have the greatest impact on satisfaction and have high stated importance.

• The gap between satisfaction and stated importance is highest (aside of loos) for cleanliness (litter), cleanliness (dog mess) and ‘safety and security’.

• They are least satisfied with toilet provision. In terms of impact on satisfaction provision of toilets scores lowest, hence whilst it has stated importance it has low impact. Equally toilet cleanliness has very high stated importance, so if provided they must be kept clean. Conclusions– User Groups

Each park has a different usage function. We need to understand this on an individual park basis and tailor the service to those user groups using it most frequently.

• Walkers: Have a median overall satisfaction score. Against the total survey they are least satisfied with cleanliness (dog mess), this was also stated as being important to them. APPENDIX Opens: Other improvement suggestions: Facilities
