Anti-MUC5B monoclonal antibody, clone 7G20-F5 (CABT-35479MH) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Overview Mouse monoclonal antibody to Human MUC5B.

Antigen Description This encodes an anti-apoptotic protein, which is a member of the Bcl-2 family. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. The longest gene product (isoform 1) enhances cell survival by inhibiting apoptosis while the alternatively spliced shorter gene products (isoform 2 and isoform 3) promote apoptosis and are death-inducing.

Specificity Non glycosylated domain of MUC5B.

Immunogen Synthetic peptide RNREQVGKF from 4 of the cysteine domains of the tandem repeat region of Human MUC5B conjugated to KLH.

Isotype IgG1, κ

Source/Host Mouse

Species Reactivity Human

Clone 7G20-F5
