Anti-MUC5B monoclonal antibody, clone 7G20-F5 (CABT-35479MH) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Overview Mouse monoclonal antibody to Human MUC5B.
Antigen Description This gene encodes an anti-apoptotic protein, which is a member of the Bcl-2 family. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. The longest gene product (isoform 1) enhances cell survival by inhibiting apoptosis while the alternatively spliced shorter gene products (isoform 2 and isoform 3) promote apoptosis and are death-inducing.
Specificity Non glycosylated domain of mucin MUC5B.
Immunogen Synthetic peptide RNREQVGKF from 4 of the cysteine domains of the tandem repeat region of Human MUC5B conjugated to KLH.
Isotype IgG1, κ
Source/Host Mouse
Species Reactivity Human
Clone 7G20-F5
Purification Protein A purified
Conjugate Unconjugated
Applications ELISA, WB
Sequence Similarities Contains 1 CTCK (C-terminal cystine knot-like) domain.Contains 3 HAT repeats.Contains 3 TIL (trypsin inhibitory-like) domains.Contains 3 VWFC domains.Contains 4 VWFD domains.
