Winter is almost here! Did you know that BMW Group Approved Cold Weather Wheels and Tires are developed in close collaboration with select premium tire manufacturers for the dynamic character of each BMW Group model? More importantly, each tire has passed stringent testing with up to 50 different quality criteria.

As an enhancement opportunity to your Company Car benefit, please see below for details of the 2018 Cold Weather Tire Program.

ELIGIBILITY: • Open to any employee or retiree in the companies checked above AND is actively participating in the Company Car Program. • There are no vehicle restrictions. • Requests will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis, with a maximum volume of: o 50 VINs total for BMW FS employees and retirees across the US, including BMW Bank in Utah o 100 VINs total for BMW NA, RRMC NA, BMW Tech, ReachNow, BMW iVentures, and DesignWorks.

COST: Each BMW/ model has its own individual tire set to match the unique physics and physique of each model. National Average Retail Cost BMW Group Employee (Parts + Labor) Contribution Cost $300 + $50 deposit which will returned to $2,010.32* employee upon completion of program ($350 total)

• Employee contribution is per VIN, regardless of miles or usage duration. Vehicle exchanges are taking place between 9,000 to 10,000 miles. • Employee contribution is due to VA prior to install, regardless of the service provider. • First come-first serve is based on VA’s receipt of employee contribution. • $50 will be returned to the employee once VA receives confirmation the BMW Group Approved Cold Weather Wheel and Tires are removed and the vehicle is reunited with the original set of tires as noted on the Monroney. It is the employee’s responsibility to schedule the removal of the Cold Weather Tire set prior to returning their vehicle to VA. • Payment must be made via check, made out to “BMW of North America, LLC”.

INSTALLATION: Installation must take place after VA has confirmed your enrollment. Please do not reach out to your local service provider as VA cannot guarantee payment to the service provide if approval was not granted prior to install.

Removal Deadline: April 5th, 2019 It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure the Cold Weather Tire and Wheels are removed before the deadline noted above OR prior to returning the vehicle to VA.

Failure to remove the Cold Weather Tire and Wheels sets prior to vehicle return or before the deadline noted above will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.
