THE ROYAL ATLANTIS RESORT & RESIDENCES ANNOUNCES ‘DINNER BY HESTON BLUMENTHAL’ AS THE FIRST RESTAURANT TO OPEN IN 2020 The multi award-winning restaurant of the world-famous chef Heston Blumenthal will open at the groundbreaking property in 2020 DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (March 12th, 2018) – The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences announces, ‘Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’ as the first named restaurant to open within the property in 2020. The multi award-winning restaurant, with locations in London and Melbourne, will be the third outpost of the culinary concept developed by the Michelin-star chef. Enhancing the landscape of Dubai, The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences will offer 231 luxury apartments comprised of two, three, four and five-bedroom residences including Skycourts, Penthouses and Garden Suites, ranging from 1,400 to 17,000 square feet as well as 795 rooms and suites. The Skycourts will boast perfect sea views on vast elevated terraces with a private outdoor pool and architecturally landscaped gardens. The more stars earned, the more innovative and renowned the restaurant and the associated chef. The Fat Duck in Berkshire, Wales in U.K. has three Michelin stars and is considered one of the best restaurants in the world. It serves an estimated 1750 patrons every month. The head chef, Heston Blumenthal, is known for his ground-breaking innovation in the area of “molecular gastronomy,” which fuses molecular laboratory techniques into cooking practice (Smith et al., 2012). It is January 2009 and you have waited months to get a reservation at this restaurant. You and your dinner party choose the 16 course tasting menu for the equivalent of $240 per person. The cost is higher if a patron chooses matching wine pairings. You enjoy bite after bite of fascinating delicacies, including 1) a green tea and lime mousse that was frozen by the addition of liquid nitrogen, 2) oysters with passion fruit jelly and lavender, and 3) roast foie gras “benzaldehyde,” which uses cryogenically frozen goose livers cooked in a vacuum bag in a controlled temperature water bath. You leave the restaurant feeling enlightened and awed by the brilliance of the chef and the smug satisfaction that you have eaten at what is considered one of the best restaurants in the world. -

Ho conseguito la Maturità Tecnica nel 1988 e mi sono diplomato in Fotografa d'Illustrazione all'Istituto di Formazione Professionale Regionale nel 1989 Ho effettuato tirocini e stages professionali in studi fotografci pubblicitari nelle città di Jesi, Ancona e Milano all'Istituto Italiano di Fotografa. Il percorso professionale ha inizio nel 1994 come artigiano fotografo realizzando Cataloghi, Monografe, Company Profle, Campagne Pubblicitarie per aziende del mondo della moda, dell'agro alimentare, del settore vinicolo, dell'arredamento, della meccanica e del mondo industriale in genere. Nel 1996 ho iniziato un percorso ed una specializzazione tuttora attiva nella Nautica di Lusso (Yacht) realizzando servizi fotografci per i più importanti brand italiani (Riva, CRN, Pershing, Ferretti, Nautor's Swan, Grand Soleil, Custom Line, ISA, Cantiere Delle Marche, Admiral, Tecnomar, Mariotti, Cerri, ecc.). Parallelamente nel mondo della moda e calzaturiero (distretto del fermano) ho realizzato servizi fotografci e campagne pubblicitarie (Loriblu, Fabiani, Lella Baldi, Galizio Torresi, Puppato Venezia, Ashwell, ecc.). Urban Geology in London No. 16 Luxury Lithics | Decorative Stone on Bond Street Ruth Siddall Old Bond Street was first laid out in the mid 1680s by a group of property developers and goldsmiths including Sir Thomas Bond, for whom the street is named. New Bond Street was completed after 1700. It is now the home of jewellers, fashion houses and fine art galleries. Luxury global brands aim to create a high-end shopping experience, with bespoke detailing applied to the materials used in the construction of the interiors and often exteriors of the building as well as to the merchandise. Architects and designers are employed to set a style across global branches of these stores. Thus brands often adopt a livery of often lavish décor which may include the use of specific stones in stores across Europe and the Globe. Thus the same stones may be used in, say, Mulberry stores in London, Paris and New York. Stones are chosen for their appearance and unique character. Indeed this guide has turned into a bit of an epic, with almost 40 different stones identified, representing the igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic categories and coming from the British Isles and continental Europe as well as from further afield localities including Canada and Brazil. They range in age from 2 billion year old Bushveld gabbros to 50,000 year old travertines from Rome. From Piccadilly, Old Bond Street and then New Bond Street run NNE in a straight line from Piccadilly to Oxford Street. For both Old and New Bond Streets, street numbering runs sequentially up the east side of the road and then down the west side of the roads. -

He does a lot works in the kitchen. His main responsibility increase energy of cooks groups likewise controlling products. Also he looks for things to be in time. Demi chef – He is a cook who has more experience and knowledge comparing to other cooks in a small group. Additionally he is a person who feels more responsibility moreover asks for his actions.
