Tapit Maintains Relentless Rhythm to New Milestone TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2019 TAPIT MAINTAINS JOCKEY CLUB TO CONTINUE STUDYING PROPOSED MARE CAP RELENTLESS RHYTHM TO The Jockey Club is continuing its consideration of a rule to limit the annual breeding of individual stallions, the organization=s NEW MILESTONE board of stewards announced Monday.
