(Coach mobile number: 07895 152449) Liscard 8.30am, Heswall 9.00am A Walk Starting in Bethesda we follow and climb via the Mynydd Du ridge .The route continues over , ,Carnedd Gwenllian , , and finally Gyrn Wigau before descent to Bethesda . Distance: 20kms (12.5miles) Points: 21 Ascent: 1300m (4250ft)

B Plus Walk From Bethesda 626 662 we head to Gerlan then ascend SE up Mynydd Du to Carnedd Dafydd. Continue SE to , descend steeply NW to Braich Ty Du and bus at Bethesda. A hard earned walk with magnificent views of Ogwen valley and . Distance: 14kms (9miles) Points: 17 Ascent: 1039m (3450ft)

B Minus Walk Rucksacks on the coach please Leaving the coach at Aber (655 727) we go up to the base of . We continue on the North Path west then north past Ffridd Ddu. We then take a path climbing steeply over rough ground to the top of Moel Wnion (580m). We descend south-west to Bethesda by way of Gyrn Quarry and Moel Faban. Distance: 14.5 kms (9 miles) Points: 13 Ascent: 650m (2150 ft)

C Walk From Bethesda we climb out of the town to Gerlan (the only climb). Crossing fields we loop back through a wood to follow the Afon LLafar, passing its dramatic waterfalls. Descending to Bethesda's outskirts we cross the A5 and take the (undulating in places) cycle track south through the scenic valley before turning northwards and returning to the A5 by a minor road. Following the A5 until we reach the bridge to rejoin the cycle track at Ogwen bank, we pass the zipwire adventure area, continuing along this track before descending through woods back to Bethesda. Distance: 12kms (7.5miles) Points: 9 Ascent: 215m (700ft)

D Walk Rucksacks on the coach please Starting 1 ml N of Bethesda on the A5 (SH 612 677) we follow the Las Ogwen Trail SE to Bryn-Llys then N through Bryn-Meurig Woods to Bethesda (coffee). It’s now S following Surgeon’s Walk to rejoin the Trail to Zip World to watch daring Zippers zooming overhead. We now head to Ogwen Bank (625655), cross the A5 and walk through Braichmelyn Woods to Afon Llafar (waterfall) and then back to Bethesda.

Distance: 9 kms (5.6 miles) Points: 7 Ascent: 182 m (600 ft) Please do not walk ahead of your leader.
