PSI ZETA IOTA CHAPTER ST. FRANCIS COLLEGE, AK¥

Alpha Kappa Psi is a professional co-ed national fraternity. Our Chapter, Zeta lota was founded at St. Francis College in 1962. While we did lose a number of our senior brothers, we had one of our largest pledge classes, 1 5 for the year, and we now have 24 brothers. This year we conducted various bake sales and raffles, and we also sponsored a Professional Day with guest speaker Dan Roselli, who gave a marketing presentation. Our off-campus activities included various fraternal gatherings and alumni fellowships, our Annual Dinner, and some brothers were able to attend an East Coast Business Conference called the Success Institute. Our goals for the coming year include trying to reinstate the Inter-Fraternity Council with the assistance of the other SFC Fraternities and Sororities. We also hope to better educate more people about AKPsi, increase our numbers and maintain our chapter. The Beta Sigma Chapter of the Delta Fraternity was established in 1962. At St. Francis, there are roughly seventeen members and 400 circa alumni. Every year looses some dedicated brothers, who graduate, but the number of members remains constant due to the incoming freshmen. As a service to the community, we assisted in sponsoring the blood drive with , fed the homeless for Thanksgiving and raised $500 for the mentally handicapped children. Our goal for the coming semester is to get new committed and dedicated brothers, to develop new strong ties with them and to communicate the principles that guide our fraternity: honesty, loyalty, truth and faith in God.
