VENUES Fremont Room Fremont room is the perfect place to hold a private affair or reception. Fremont is equipped with enhanced audio-visual capabilities including a flat screen TV at entrance. The room has dramatic floor to ceiling drapery, stylish tiffany blue banquet chairs, silver glossed banquet tables, and breathtaking chandeliers. Fremont room is 2,500 square feet with a guest capacity of up to 166.

Mob Bar No one in Downtown does Prohibition-era glamour better than Mob Bar in Las Vegas. Mob Bar is available for private events and whether your preference is a romantic, 2 hour cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres or a formal sit down dinner, you’ll find a swanky, sophisticated scene in the Mob Bar. Mob Bar is 1,700 square feet with a guest capacity of up to 100. Carson Room The Carson room is an 850 square foot multi-function space. Carson room is perfect for an intimate ceremony, champagne and cake celebration, or sit down dinner.

Pool Deck Our 28,000 square foot pool deck is available for private events. Celebrate under the sparkling stars in the summer, or feel the warmth from the flames crackling in the fire pit on a fall night. Whenever that moment of love happens, our Pool Deck will help you capture it. The Pool Deck features modern-day fun at the lively walk up bar, an outdoor tent filled with communal picnic tables, 18 cabanas, and a glistening infinity pool.

GUEST HOTEL STAY A courtesy rate can be offered for your guests attending the wedding. Room blocks may also be booked with a signed contract.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING We offer complimentary parking in our self-park garage for all wedding events.

REHEARSAL DINNERS & BRUNCHES Contact your Catering Representative if you are interested in suggestions, plus brunch options for the morning after your wedding.

VENDOR LIST We are able to help you coordinate the special touches of your wedding such as photography, entertainment, flowers, transportation, hair and makeup. Vendor list available upon request.

POLICIES

CONTRACTS & DEPOSITS In order to secure the date of an event, a non-refundable deposit is required to book the space. In addition, we will require a signed Catering Agreement.

CANCELLATIONS Should it be necessary for you to cancel a catered event, the following policy concerning refunds will apply unless otherwise noted in the sales contract:

• Within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival - 100% of estimated revenue is due • From fifteen (15) to forty-five (45) days prior to arrival 75% of estimated revenue is due • From forty-six (46) to ninety (90) days prior to arrival 50% of estimated revenue is due • Initial Deposits are non-refundable

SERVICE FEES & TAXES 21% service fee, 8.15% tax are added to all events.

FOOD & BEVERAGE Due to liability & legal restrictions, no outside food or beverages of any kind may be brought into the Hotel.

Bartenders are required for all functions serving alcohol. Bartender fee is $150.00, and one bartender is required for every 100 guests. Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino will supply cash bars on customer request. All drink prices will include tax and service charge. Each cash bar must incur a minimum of $500 (inclusive). The customer will be responsible for the difference of actual sales, up to the $500 per bar.

MINIMUM GUEST REQUIREMENTS We do require 25 guests minimum to qualify for a buffet-style reception. A $150 service charge will apply to all catered meal functions of less than twenty-five (25) guests.
