NEXT UP FOR WSU WOMEN COUGAR WOMEN HEAD TO NEVADA: The Washington State women’s golf teams heads to Boulder City, Nevada, for their next competition March 12-14…the tournament will be played at EVENT: UNLV Spring Invite 72-, 6,153-yard Boulder Creek …the 17 teams joining HOST: Univ. Nevada-Las Vegas WSU will be Boise State, BYU, Campbell, Eastern Washington, DATE: March 12-13-14 Fresno State, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Long Beach State, Nebraska, FORMAT: 54-hole tournament New Mexico, New Mexico State, Notre Dame, San Diego State, with 18 holes each day San Francisco, Texas Tech and host UNLV. COURSE: Boulder Creek Golf Club, Boulder City, Nev.; 72-par, WSU COMPETITORS AT UNLV: Competing for WSU in the upcoming UNLV Spring Invite will be juniors Tracy Borders and 6,1253 yards Brooke Henderson, sophomores Jessica Black and Amy Eneroth TEAMS: (18) Boise State, BYU, and freshman Diana Hong. Campbell, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Long beach BLACK, HONG CAPTURE MEDALIST HONORS: State, Nebraska, New Mexico, New Sophomore Jessica Black and freshman Diana Hong have both tied Mexico State, Notre Dame, San Diego for medalist honors this spring…Hong shared top honors at the State, San Francisco, Texas Tech, host Lumberjack Invitational in early March, while Black tied for lead UNLV and Washington State. at the Inland Cup the last week in February.

(Host: IU) Jessica Black * Sophomore WSU captured the tea title with a three-day total of 912, with host FIU five Bend, Ore. (Summit) strokes back…Amy Eneroth finished second with a +8 total of 224 and Tracy Borders ** Junior Brooke Henderson, at 227, tied for fourth. Feb. 26-27 Inland Cup, Clarkston, Wash. (Host: WSU) Tigard, Ore. (Tigard) Jessica Black tied for medalist honors with a two-round 151, but lost top Amy Eneroth * Sophomore honors on the second playoff hole…Mandy Parsons p[osted a 157 to finish Spokane, Wash. (Mead) third in the non-team scoring event Brooke Henderson * Junior March 3-4 Lumberjack Invitational, Sedona, Ariz. (Host: N. Arizona) Richland, Wash.
