In 4th grade our kids are learning about Christmas in other countries this week. We are also building gingerbread houses during math, working on scale, area, perimeter, and estimation.

Students in Miss Morrow's Third Grade practiced their coding skills by creating paths to and from a gingerbread house. Students worked together to create a path and then created a code for that path for others to try. This was a fun activity that allowed students Students in sec- to work together and problem solve. The chosen book was Nasreen's Secret School and was read during their ELA learning about module titled: Overcoming Learning Challenges New and Far.
