It’s really an unbelievable thing. EM: So, what are some of your favorite specialty shops in the Fort Lauderdale area? CA: I spend most of my time south of Fort Lauderdale near where I live and work, so I love places like Mimi’s Ravioli, Norman Brothers Produce and Delaware Chicken Farm and Seafood for fresh specialty meats. In Fort Lauderdale, I love Gran Forno Bakery. EM: Gran Forno really does make the best bread, but I’ll have to check out those other places you mentioned. How about your favorite Lauderdale-area restaurants? The youngster of the group, 18-year-old Brett Loewenstern began songwriting at the age of 13 and was an American Idol top 24 finalist by 17. Brett’s music is inspired by his life as a bullied teenager and artists such as Adele and Gavin DeGraw.
