The team met with local Chinese carriers and charter operators in Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing. The main objective of the roadshow was to increase awareness about Cebu as a destination and gateway to the , eventually adding more direct flights. The response was mostly positive, especially with the improving relationship between China and the Philippines. PDOT has also resolved to enhance visa processing and Cebu’s branding to attract more tourists.
