The grandmother of the three victims found the children (a three-year-old, two-year-old and six-month old infant) when returning home to the 8000 block of Reseda Blvd. Carrillo was eventually found and arrested in Tulare County and remains the sole suspect in the case. While there is no clear motive at the moment, according to court records, Carrillo was engaged in a complicated custody battle with the childrens’ father, Erick Valley Cultural Foundation Denton, who reached out to DCFS multiple times for aid in the matter. Catalog Reference No. Description Date VR/GM/1 Menu from Pucci’s, a continental restaurant located at 16065 1958-1967 Ventura Blvd., Encino. The Pucci brothers, Leonard and Michael (Len and Mike) opened the Encino Pucci’s location in 1958, after running a successful restaurant called Pucci’s Silver Fox on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks for several years. Pucci’s was destroyed by an explosion and fire in early July 1967 and the location was replaced by an office building. VR/GM/2 Menu from 450 Pub, a continental restaurant located at 9545 1977-1983 Reseda Blvd. The restaurant was opened by an Albanian immigrant, Barry Borski. VR/GM/3 Menu from Buddie’s Diner, a fifties theme diner located at 1990s 19401 Parthenia St., Northridge (not printed on menu). Buddie’s opened in 1993. Condition: The menu is sealed shut with tape. VR/GM/4 Menu from My Brother’s Bar-B-Q, located at 21150 Ventura 1970s Blvd., Woodland Hills / 16701 Roscoe Blvd., Van Nuys / 8232 De Soto Ave., Canoga Park. The restaurant opened in 1957. The final location in Woodland Hills closed in 2016.
