Progress report on the latest developments As another exciting year for Cedar Woods begins, I am pleased to share with you the latest progress on our developments from around the country. We are heading into 2019 with our focus on continuing to deliver high quality residential communities and commercial spaces, which cater to a diverse range of buyer and tenant needs. Recently, we have seen many exciting developments within our projects, including the move of Target Australia to our Williams Landing community and a number of project launches, including Botanica Apartments within Glenside in South Australia, the last stages of Carlingford Estate in Victoria, and the upcoming launch of Fletcher’s Slip in Port Adelaide. Nathan Blackburne / Managing Director Cedar Woods Properties Limited (ABN 47 009 259 081) I look forward to providing further updates on our national projects in our half year results release in February 2019. Huntington Apartments coming soon at Jackson Green We are proud to announce that the launch of our newest apartment building within the Jackson Green masterplanned community in Clayton South, Victoria is coming soon. Designed by award-winning practice DKO Architecture, the Huntington Apartments will be available from February 2019. The development will consist of a collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Highly anticipated, Huntington Apartments joins other developments at Jackson Green, all of which have sold out prior to completion. To date, the community encompasses 150 town homes, currently under construction; Wattle Apartments, completed earlier in 2018; and Gardenia Apartments, currently under construction and due for completion in 2019. Cedar Woods’ success in Clayton South caters to strong demand for apartment living in the south eastern suburbs. According to a Kingston City Council report, the municipality’s population is estimated to grow by 24,000 people over the next 15 years, with apartments expected to make up 16 per cent of homes by 2031. Apartment living is a relatively new trend in the area, with buyers increasingly attracted to a modern, low- maintenance lifestyle, as well as the area’s established amenities. With apartments in short supply in the municipality, we anticipate continued demand for the upcoming Huntington Apartments launch.
