In small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add flour, stirring until blended. Stir in the water and cream and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 more minutes, then blend in the soup until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place broccoli in the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Cover with rice, and then half of the sauce. Top with chicken. Stir the cheese into the remaining sauce and then pour over the chicken. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.

As the name implies, this “guys only” club meets Work Out Bands Morning Activity Mind Stretch every weekday from 10am to 2pm. Led by Bob Boyer, the Afternoon Activity group meets in a separate room where the guys can retreat Crafter’s Cove Entertainment Bowling and take part in their own activities or perhaps go on an Outing Inventions?? outing to a car show or the MAPS museum.
